About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a lawyer to join our team. In this role you will have an opportunity to manage matters independently and within a team environment, supported by very experienced lawyers and fantastic support staff! The position is full time and offers the applicant the opportunity to work in a high volume, dynamic and diverse business environment.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Day to day conduct of matters
- Meeting with and advising clients with respect to matters
- Liaising with other professionals such as other solicitors, Courts and subject experts
- Preparing court documents and settlement documents
- Attendances at mediation, conferences and Court as required
- Client development including attending networking functions

The candidate
The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running. You will have 2+ years experience in family law. You must be a confident lawyer whom is versatile, enthusiastic and have an optimistic outlook and approach to your work. The ability to be able to build relationships with clients and business associates is essential.
Experience in criminal and civil law is preferred but not essential.
