Meli, in partnership with Brophy and MPower, is excited to deliver the Victorian Family Preservation and Reunification Response (FPRR). This program offers an evidence-based approach, working hand-in-hand with children and families to provide rapid, intensive, and sustained support. Our goal is to prevent at-risk children from entering or re-entering care by building on existing child and family services and collaborating with the broader system for a stronger continuum of care, better support, and measurable outcomes.
We are looking for an FPRR Practitioner to join our team and play a critical role in implementing a wrap-around, evidence-informed case management approach. Working closely with our partner agencies, Brophy and MPower, you will ensure our response is culturally safe and utilizes a relational approach that adapts to the needs of families and individuals. You will be using key case management frameworks such as Family Decision Making and Common Elements.
Your work will be strengths-based, child and family-centered, integrating intensive assessment, care team planning, safety and risk planning, and parenting strategies to promote resilience and self-determination. As an FPRR Practitioner, you will report to a Team Leader who oversees practitioners across Meli, Colac Brophy, and MPower.
If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families, we’d love to hear from you!
