📍 Location: Northern Suburbs
📅 Employment Type: Locum with potential for permanent placement, 0.5EFT (SCHADS 5)
⏰ Shifts:
- Weekdays: 3pm-9pm
- Weekends: 1pm-5pm
- On-call until 9 am the following day
About Us: We are supporting a leading organisation dedicated to fostering positive change in communities. Our Locum to Perm After-Hours Crisis and Transition Support Team is at the forefront, providing essential case management and crisis support to clients engaged with long-term Family Violence services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide crucial case management and crisis support to clients experiencing Family Violence.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the well-being and safety of clients.
- Stay on-call until 9 am the following day, contributing to our commitment to 24/7 support.
