Form of workRocklea is a Sheep and Cropping farm located 25 mins from Geelong and the Surf Coast.
We are actively seeking a person or couple to caretake our Farm on a part time basis
We currently have 1000 Ewes and 3000 Wethers.
To be successful you will have:
• Proven hands-on farm management experience of more than 2-4 years
• Previous experience working with sheep
• Working Dogs are an advantage
• Property, home and garden maintenance
• The ability operate and maintain farm machinery
• A valid driver’s license
• The ability to work unsupervised, be trustworthy and interact well with the owners.
• A good understanding of WHS responsibilities
Work also available for a partner if required.
There is a newly renovated 2-bedroom cottage located on the property that would be available for the successful applicant. Or if you have a caravan and prefer to use we have power, bathroom and laundry available.
Remuneration to be discussed during interview process.
