Collaborating closely with the General Manager, this role entails overseeing farming operations and ensuring the seamless integration of corporate and governance processes.Key Responsibilities- Strategic planning including setting of commercial goals for the business.
- Ensuring timely execution of farming tasks.
- Enforcing adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Cultivating a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement within the farm and across Wilga Farming.Weu0027re looking for candidates with the following qualifications, experience, and attributes:- Extensive experience in Property Management within medium to large-scale cropping farms.
- Knowledge of livestock management, with familiarity with AgriWebb considered advantageous.
- Proficient understanding of occupational health and safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Physical fitness and capability to fulfill all job requirements.
- Eagerness to engage with the local community, including participation in local fire services/brigade.Remuneration
