Applications are invited for a full-time Farm Overseer to join the team in the Central Division at Yeoval. This truly is a great opportunity for the right person!
The Role
- Assist the Farm Owner in the daily operations of the farm including, and not limited to, sheep and cattle husbandry
- Organise and lead contractors
- Operate, service and maintain plant and machinery including tractors
- Keep a tidy and safe workplace
Skills & Experience
- Must have good experience in livestock handling
- Must have own working dogs
- Positive attitude with a high attention to detail
- Basic welding and fencing capabilities desirable
- Effective communication and record keeping (e.g. AgriWebb)
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Computer literacy
