About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Full Time Fashion Ecommerce & Merchandise Coordinator to join the SACHA DRAKE team, working from our Head Office in Woolloongabba. Working within a collaborative in-house team you will make an impact by delivering the best possible online store experience for our customers and our marketplace partner sites.
Your primary responsibility entails overseeing the daily operations of our online store. This encompasses various facets such as site merchandising, content management, sales conversion, and email customer communications. Your focus will be on meeting business trading targets and KPIs, ensuring seamless functionality, engaging content, and effective sales strategies to drive growth and success.
About you
You have been part of a Fashion Ecommerce team and are looking for your next opportunity to progress in your career!
You have and expert eye when it comes to fashion and styling and understand how to portray that in the digital space. You will be able to curate a collection page cohesively, effortlessly combine suitable recommendations and be across inventory levels to ensure continuous product availability.
In addition to the above, you will also be data driven. You understand how to pull reports within Shopify and external platforms based on site activity to improve the customer experience and make informed decisions for increased sales daily.
You are customer centric, possessing impeccable customer service skills, where exceeding the customer's expectations is key.
This role will suit a talented, organised driven individual with a strong e-Commerce retail sales background and an interest in women’s Fashion.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Coordination of the product delivery schedule for site uploads, merchandising, and ecommerce shoots in line with the critical path.
- Product merchandising to drive conversion rate optimisation.
- Establish and maintain web photography for quality and consistency.
- Ownership of the website’s product merchandising, including initial product uploads with all related copy, pricing and promotion information, warehouse integration and set up of the product personalisation as well as ongoing maintenance including the management of price and any promotions.
- Proactively working with internal teams to foster collaboration and provide technical and administrative support across the web content management system.
- Utilise Google Analytics and / or similar tools, Shopify and Klaviyo for the delivery of weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports as required.
- Provide weekly insights into website and customer activity including any activations or changes that are made and the results.
- Analysis of data to identify opportunities to increase online performance.
- Analysis of customer behaviour to create a better customer experience.
- Effectively working with our Sales team & Marketing Manager to increase conversions and customer engagement online.
- Audit the website regularly for gaps in filters and product categorisations
- Ensuring inventory and assortment is up to date across the site.
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat daily.
- Daily and Weekly sales reporting
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
- Minimum 3 years of eCommerce/ digital experience in Fashion
- Proven Shopify experience.
- Passion for emerging ecommerce trends and a growth mindset
- High energy levels and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive “can do attitude” reliable, good work ethic and the ultimate multitasker.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good eye for detail and confident in online merchandising that aligns with our brand.
- Excellent copywriting skills across all forms of communications (emails, proposals, reporting etc)
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong computer skills in MS office
- Graphic Design skills Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- High aptitude for all things digital, data driven and information seeking.
- High level of interpersonal effectiveness
