About The Role
As theAssistant Store Manageryou will be responsible for delighting the customer base within the Mooloolaba store. You will lead your team to delivery an exceptional level of customer service every time whilst ensuring they reach company goals and KPI's. New styles drop regularly in store and you will need to be a capable manager experienced in stock handling, visual merchandising and other store based procedures.
Skills & Experience
- Retail management
- Customer focused & positive attitude
- Ability to turn first time shoppers into life long customers
- Great time management to complete tasks in an efficient manner
- Team coaching & leadership skills
- Apparel experience preferred but not essential
