We have a delightful opportunity available for a hardworking and enthusiastic Production Manager to join our team at our company-operated store, Bakers Delight Kew!
As a Production Manager, you will be fully accountable for the operations and profitability of Bakers Delight Kew. You will lead and drive your team to produce quality product and deliver delightful customer service to meet sales and performance targets. You’ll also spend time training your team in all bakery operations so having a focus on standards, policies and procedures is important too!
To be successful in this ‘roll’, you will:
- Have experience in retail store/restaurant management
- Have availability to work across a rotating roster which will include early mornings and weekends
- Have knowledge of retail operations & budgets in a small business
- Understand the need for strong compliance with work health and safety standards and requirements
- Be a strong communicator and with good conflict management skills
- Be able to influence and motivate others
- Certificate III in Retail Baking (Bread) or equivalent bread production experience
You’ll be comfortable leading to team to deliver quality products every time so as to contribute to Bakers Delight Kew achieving our results and meeting targeted budgets. Working full time, hours may be spread across the week (and weekend), with some early mornings and late evenings.
