AddressPanthers Penrith has an exciting opportunity for energetic and versatile customer service attendant to join their friendly Panthers team!
We are looking for energetic customer service attendant with a welcoming smile to deliver excellent service to our members and guests at our busy Burger Bar, 'Grub'. Thriving in a fast-paced team environment, you will enjoy cooking a wide range dishes and serving them to our wonderful customers.
Our burger bar operates on Wednesday - Sunday* and can be open to as late as 3am on Friday and Saturday evenings.
Your Main Duties and Responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
- Short order cooking included but not limited to burgers, loaded fries, pizzas and hotdogs;
- Basic food preparation;
- Providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests;
- Food and beverage service;
- Maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing, glassware and plate collection;
- Processing transactions through the register and cash handling duties;
- General cleaning duties as required.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 1 years experience cooking in a Fast Food environment as a cook desirable;
- An energetic and enthusiastic approach to your work;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- High standard of personal grooming;
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.
- RSA and RCG certificates required

You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to customer service and the ability to work in a team as well as autonomously. You are required to be flexible and reliable as you will need to be available to work when required including nights, weekends, week days and public holidays.
