You may not have heard of us yet, but we're growing quickly and we're on the hunt for new team members that are going to grow with us.
Super Nash Brothers is Sydney's (maybe Australia's) favourite Nashville Hot Chicken. Nashville Hot Chicken is unique to other fried chicken offerings in that it has a sweet and spicy seasoning infused to its crispy outer coating that is highly addictive!
We currently have shops in Waitara, Waterloo & Willoughby.
If you're reading this though, you're probably interested in our jumping behind the fryers or seasoning our epic chicken. Our team are the architects behind the Super Nash brand. You're frying our chicken to perfection, evenly seasoning, preparing stock and packaging up hot orders to go!
A typical week in the life of one of our team members would be:
• Preparing sufficient stock for service
• Ensuring all kitchen surfaces are cleaned and sanitised before service
• Ensure station has all necessary equipment prepared
• Ensure all equipment is in good working order & escalating any problems immediately
• Follow all food safety guidelines when preparing, cooking and serving
• Making sure the restaurant delivers great quality food for customers and fast
• Communicating with the team to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and quickly.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment for themselves and other team members
• Escalating any of out of stocks/stock issues with management
• Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness
