THE JOB

As part of our team, you'll engage with a diverse range of patrons, building relationships and creating memorable experiences for them. The vibrant atmosphere, lively conversations, and sense of community make working in our front bar a rewarding experience.
This casual position requires availability on nights and weekends with the majority of shifts being weekday lunches, this is great for someone with school-age children.
RSA and previous F&B experience are essential, TAB & Keno training is beneficial.
- Delight guests with your infectious energy and positive attitude.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a smile, ensuring every patron feels welcome and valued.
- Know the menu and food and beverage offering well and have the ability to upsell.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Master the art of mixing drinks and pouring the perfect pint.
ABOUT YOU
- A passion for hospitality and making people happy.
- Exceptional communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- TAB and Keno training is essential.
