You will be wine savvy, have a genuine passion for local produce and present with an upbeat corporate image. To be successful, you must demonstrate a true dedication to exceptional customer service and have a 'guest obsessed' focus.
About you
We are seeking employees who have the following:
- High end or corporate clientele exposure.
- Table waiting, bar, restaurant and barista experience.
- Exceptional customer service.
- Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.
- Availability to work across major event days (weekends).
- Ability to work in large, busy and fast paced restaurant environments.
Demonstrated experience in the following will be highly regarded:
- Previous front of house experience in the hotel/corporate hospitality industry.
- Previous experience in fine dining restaurants.
- POS and EFTPOS experience.
- RSA is mandatory for these roles.
