About the Role
Responsible for supervision of talent in the restaurant
Position directs, trains, and assists talent to follow all B&F standards in the restaurant
Position assists in ensuring guest and talent satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget
Strengthens the beverage and food/culinary team by assisting in other venues when needed
