Requirements:
- Experience in Handling Behavior: Proven expertise and experience in effectively managing and handling challenging behaviors in individuals with disabilities. Your ability to provide patient, compassionate, and responsive care is crucial.
- Qualifications: Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or any relative field.
- A valid and up-to-date Police Check.
- NDIS Worker Screen is mandatory.
- Driving License: A full Driving License is required.
- Working Rights: Candidates must have full working rights in Australia. This ensures compliance with all relevant employment regulations.
- First Aid Certification: Possession of a valid First Aid certification is necessary. Your ability to respond to emergencies promptly is crucial to the safety and well-being of our clients.
