About Us: A dynamic and supportive clinic located in the heart of Orchard Hills, working in collaberation with a medical clinic. We specialize in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy, serving a general population aged 30-60 years with common issues such as neck, shoulder, back, hip, and knee pain. Our team is dedicated to providing top-tier care and fostering a collaborative environment for both staff and clients.
Role Overview: We are seeking a confident and autonomous Female Physiotherapist to join our team. In this role, you will work primarily with clients referred by the onsite GPs at the Medical Centre. There is also an opportunity to bring in your own clients and expand your professional network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality physiotherapy treatment to a diverse client base
- Work autonomously with a pre-established client list
- Flexibility to set your work hours within the clinic’s operating times (7am - 7:30pm)
- Mandatory work hours: Saturdays (8am/9am - 3:30pm) and Wednesdays (timings optional)
- Participate in weekly one-on-one sessions with the Director for in-service training, tutorials, and case studies
- Optionally attend GP in-service sessions relevant to your work e.g. orthopaedic pain specialists
- Utilize a $1000 annual CPD allowance for professional development
- 1-4 years of physiotherapy experience in a private practice environment
- Strong background in MSK physiotherapy
- Ability to work confidently and autonomously
- Passion for continuing professional development and client care
- Hourly rate: $36-$44/hr + Superannuation (depending on experience)
- Commission incentives: Earn up to 40% commission on your fortnightly billings
