About the ideal candidate
Experience in supporting clients with complex behavioral needs
Has an interest in or education in social work
Calm and relaxed demeanor, easy-going, adaptable, and confident
Experience in safety intervention, e.g., MAPA/PART/ADP training
About the role
We are searching for several motivated, caring, and compassionate part-time disability Support Workers to work two to three shifts per week, including sleep overs, with a client in the Jewells area. Our client, a woman in her thirties, is looking for Female Support Workers who will be able to support her with household chores, meal preparation, personal care, and other daily living activities. You must be able to reliable and committed to providing consistency and building trust with our client.
This role involves working in collaboration with allied health supports and a Behaviour Support Clinician, to create the right environment and providing therapeutic support under a person-centred framework.

All staff are required to hold a valid NSW Driver's Licence (P2/Full), own a comprehensively insured vehicle, and a willingness to use it to transport clients if necessary. A First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain one) is also required.
As we work with vulnerable people, the successful candidate will also be required to undergo a NDIS worker screening check.
