Job Title: Fencer / Trade Assistant

Company Name: Enviro Infrastructure Pty Ltd                     

Location: Perth Metro

Job Type: Casual, with view for full-time after successful completion of 3-month probation. 

Rate: $44.75  

Hours: 45 hours per week / 90 hours per fortnight                                                                                             

  • Nightshift: As required, 1 or 2 shifts per month.                 
  • Weekends: Must be available for occasional on-call and emergency callouts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work across maintenance projects on the PTA Network
  • Fencing work and maintenance
  • Manual labour including, however, not limited to digging, clearing, loading, unloading, and moving materials etc.
  • Undertake trade related duties and manual tasks as directed by Tradesman or direct Supervisors.
  • Full participation in daily pre-starts & site-specific safety documentation prior to commencing works providing necessary feedback when required.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed prior to commencing works including but not limited to JSA, take 5, hot works permits and client permits.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in the safest method possible adhering to Enviro Infrastructures internal processes and compliance to legal and other requirements.
  • Maintain company assets, operate equipment as per company SOP’s.
  • Attendance and active participation in team training events and company toolbox meetings.

Essential Qualifications:

  • White Card.
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Minimum C class drivers’ licence with reliable transport. 

Essential Experience:

  • Previous experience in the construction industry.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Certificate II in Construction (or equivalent)
  • SB Basic Scaffolding.
  • Skid Steer Loader.
  • Traffic Management.
  • Coxswain.
  • Working at Heights.
  • Elevated Work Platform.
