- Actively troubleshoot complex technical issues in the field.
- Lead and assist third-party contractors in installing LTE Networks in a RAIL environment.
- Ensure network performance meets SLA/OLA standards.
- Conduct site testing, and acceptance, and assist in network deployments.
- Undertake special assignments to resolve network operation issues.
- Lead quality audits on multi-vendor sites.
- Troubleshoot and optimise antenna work, including investigating transmission and power faults.
- Support RF (Radio Frequency) optimization work.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering.
- OH&S (Occupational Health and Safety) training and certification.
- Specific product training on telecommunications installations.
- 3+ years of experience in 3G or 4G mobile network rollouts and deployments.
- Technology and Product Knowledge (3G/4G RAN, Flexi BTS)
- Proficient in site and delivery processes.
- Strong managerial skills for subcontractor oversight.
- Excellent skills in radio site installation, technology knowledge, FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) testing, IP (Internet Protocol) skills, business understanding, and a positive, learning mindset.
- Certified in Working at Heights, holds a White Card and First Aid certification.
- Maintains a full, clean Australian driving license.
- Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Visa holder ONLY.
