Field Inventory Controller - NSW

This role will have responsible for Asset Deployment Execution in order to meet business needs, Asset Validation across ANZ and Field Inventory Management per MAPS requirements. The role will also facilitate supporting optimisation programs within ANZ for Field Inventory.
What will you be doing?
Asset Management

• Transacting of the Kit request process from approval/allocation through to dispatch of kit to hospital, ensuring service KPIs are met.
• Ensure that records are kept of the use of all field assets by Reps for DEMONSTRATION purposes, capital equipment that is loaned free of charge for temporary period to HCPs/HCOs for EVALUATIONS.

Financial Insights

• Return on investment principles and provide effective communication of any key risks and opportunities to management,

Customer Management

• Internally, this position must develop relationships with regional sales leaders in each product division, and with key operations staff such as Master Data, Schedulers, Kit Build and Ops Leads in ANZ.

Compliance

• Ensure our assets are compliant to all Quality standards.

Team Management

• Provide support to team colleagues through sharing information, problem solving, giving innovative ideas and offering constructive.

What will you need to be successful?

• Education: University Degree or similar in Engineering or related field or 7 years of experience in working medical field with loan and consignment inventory, valid driver’s license.
• Experience: strong analytical skills, logistics and asset management, SAP background in operations and medical devices
• Travel Requirements: None
