We have a full time dedicated Field Maintenance Representative position to service metro Perth & country WA, which will mean overnight stays on a quarterly basis. Ideally the suitable candidate will reside around the northern suburbs of Perth
We require a mature Field Maintenance Representative to work in a dedicated territory to service our machines & manage store relationships. With this role you start / finish from home. This is an autonomous role and you must enjoy driving as you will be traveling around your territory to stores plus going out to regional stores.
The job
Working across multiple stores, your position will involve:
- Regular servicing and maintenance of our hire machines to company standard within supermarkets & hardware stores.
- Develop & manage existing & new business relationships
- Merchandising & sales in stores
- Effectively prioritize work load and attend calls within required intervals via iPad
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good working order
- Working closely with internal team members to assist you in the role.
Experience required
- Field experience would be preferred but not essential
- Good handyman skills are needed but full training on machine repair provided.
- Honest, reliable and proactive with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
- Self-starter, fit and ready to work hard, and to learn about the industry
- Strong customer service skills - both written and verbal
- Computer skills essential as using an iPad daily
- Full Australian driving licence
- National Police certificate
- Pre-employment medical check will be required.
