This role has a high touch of Marketing Operations but is not limited to it. This individual will be supporting the APAC Marketing Leader in delivering Axway’s Marketing initiatives with the following responsibilities:
Marketing Automation
- Set up Marketo programs identifying the right target lists and segmentation, program triggers and flow steps, and appropriate alerts. Upload assets to emails and landing pages and implement forms.
- Enable campaign execution and reporting based on stakeholder requirements on responses and pipeline impact.
- Monitor campaign synchronisation with Salesforce. Troubleshoot and QA campaigns, workflows, data issues, A/B Tests, nurture campaigns and/or email deliverability issues.
- Partner with the corporate team in UTM tracking code implementations by campaign
- Assist in optimising emails, landing pages, and campaign flows.
- Leverage Marketo, SFDC, and/or other analytics tools to analyse campaign performance, ROI, pipeline influence, and prospects’ engagement behaviours.
Marketing Strategy
- Assist with the execution of marketing projects, including generating, preparing, and presenting outcomes via reports and other channels.
- Support the development of content for different channels, including email and social media.
- Analyse performance metrics regularly to optimise content strategy and enhance Axway’s overall presence in APAC.
- Assist in implementing Marketing plans across APAC.
- Position new ideas and innovations that can enhance Axway’s marketing efforts in APAC.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in marketing automation along with practical, hands-on experience with Marketo.
- Knowledge of modern Demand Generation strategies, advanced Excel, HTML, Marketo, and SFDC Platform are a huge plus.
- Must possess a strong attention to detail and ability to address and interpret technical issues. Self-motivated and with a high sense of ownership.
- Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure to be able to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritise and reprioritise as and when required while meeting deadlines
- Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Marketing Automation, or Marketing Operations.
