Continuously manage service pipeline
Service in the assigned geographical region - Based: Perth, Western Australia
Create and implement service products/agreements - Navision
Identify and implement best practices
Ensure knowledge exchange with colleagues to benefit equipment sales, installation and servicing
Complete Installations of a range of specialized ART equipment including (but not limited to):
RFID systems,PC/tablets, microscopes, laser systems,microinjection workstations,humidicribs, incubators and flow hoods
Servicing: all of the above items, including calibration. Tasks include (but not limited to)RFID tuning,flow calibration and temperature calibration, software updates
Complete detailed service reports
Respond to technical questions by phone and email and Use CRM
Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Diploma in Biomedical Electronics - Minium.
- Bachelor of Engineering - Biomedical preferred.
Work Environment:
- Occasionally lift to 35 Kilograms
- Prolonged sitting in front of a computer / airplane / car
- Potential exposure to caustic chemicals
Experience:
- 3 years Field Service Engineer in Biomedical Engineering
- Working with Certification Regulatory
- Travelling Domestic and International
Education:
- Diploma in Biomedical Electronics - Minium.
- Bachelor of Engineering - Biomedical preferred.
- Quality Management Systems preferred.
