Field Service Technician

Our client is a Global Transport organisation who specialise in Cargo handling solutions. They are looking for Field Service technicians to join their highly skilled team in providing an opportunity to deliver mobile Field Service assistance to their consumers with a fully equipped service vehicle.

Key Responsibilities of the role will include:

• Care and maintenance of service vehicle
• New product installations completed to high quality.
• Accurate service reports
• Technical fault-finding ability: Hydraulic/Electrical/Mechanical
• Maintain continual compliance with OH&S requirements of industry standards.
• Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner.
• Attend OEM training as required.

Required Skills and experience:

• Trade qualification- Diesel technician
• Experience with Heavy equipment
• Ability to work remotely and on call.
• Field service experience
• Effective time management skills
• Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal)
• Diesel Technician Apprentices encouraged to apply.
