We have a permanent full-time opportunity within our Mildura Services Team for someone who is looking to start their career in IT. This role will be performing onsite troubleshooting and installations on customer devices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working as a member of a team, providing onsite 1st level (and 2nd level as needed) support for ASI customers
- Repair and installations on customer equipment including laptops, PCs, servers, and networking machines adhering to ASI’s internal standard operating procedures and knowledge base
- Installation and configuration of desktop hardware, software, and other devices.
- Lifting and relocating PCs, monitors, and other equipment as necessary.
- Log, manage and process Incidents and emails in job queues through an ITSM database
- Other tasks as assigned by the Field Services Team Leader
A Bit about you…
- Experience in providing support for LAN/WAN infrastructure – Microsoft Windows Environment will be an advantage
- Degree &/or Diploma in IT or IT-related course.
- Valid Driver’s Licence, police check, and Working with Children Check.
