Field Service Technician and Delivery Driver

Access Rehab Equipment have been supplying, installing and servicing healthcare products to the Greater Gippsland market since 2003, with a strong focus on outstanding customer service and high quality of products.

ARE has a position available for an active and reliable person to perform, service work, installation and deliveries of assistive technology equipment to our clients in hospitals, healthcare facilities and their homes.

This is an interesting and varied hands-on role, requiring a positive attitude and a willingness to assist other team members, or work autonomously as required and includes a variety of delivery, service and installation duties.

Previous experience in the healthcare industry is not necessary, however will be viewed favourably. You will be provided with access to a company van and a uniform.

Duties:

• Service and repair assistive technology and mobility equipment in the field
• Submit job service reports on completion of call outs
• Deliver and install assistive technology & mobility equipment
• Timely delivery of freight
• Safe loading and unloading of vehicles
• Complete delivery documents accurately to assist admin processing
• Assist colleagues in warehouse, and workshop when required
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Mechanical knowledge 
• Current drivers licence
• Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Strong OH&S accountability
• Physically fit
• Team Player
• Honest, reliable, flexible
• 'Can do' attitude with positive outlook
• Excellent time management skills with emphasis on punctuality
