About the role
The LAP Field Service Team is excited to announce an opportunity for a professional and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team and enhance the Major Component Change out program across various locations in Western Australia. Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in providing safe, efficient, and compliant diagnostic, maintenance, and component replacement services to our valued customers in WA. Key Responsibilities
- Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical diagnosis and repairs
- Major Component Replacement
- Provide advice and guidance to customers as required
- Quality control for all work completed
- Completion of paperwork for service and repair work
- Expand and maintain customer relationships
- Demonstrate safety leadership
About You
- Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical)
- Liebherr mining experience is advantageous
- High Risk Licence LF, DG, EWP & Working at Heights desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong aptitude for troubleshooting
- Sound Microsoft Office skills
