Job Description
Grow your career with a global retailer as a Technician within our National IT team at ALDI Australia, based in Minchinbury. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term opportunity.
As an NIT Technician, you will work a fast-paced environment in providing support to ALDI's end-users for standard hardware and software requirements.

What does the role look like?
- Provide 1st level support to end-users for standard hardware and software, including mobile platforms to effectively resolve customer issues
- Document processes and information on resolving issues
- Identify opportunities for increasing the knowledge base
- Support the development, deployment and coordination of national IT and business initiatives
- Coordinate external IT consultants to ensure they are effectively utilised
- Ensure appropriate systems are in place to maintain data integrity and security
- Establish a comprehensive overview of the national and international ALDI programmes and their inter-relationships
Qualifications
What do we need from you?
- Systematic, innovative approach to IT
- Ability to work within a team environment or independently
- High attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
- Aptitude to manage and prioritise tasks
- Capability to lift and manoeuvre heavy objects when required
- Ability to leverage prior learning to troubleshoot issues
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or equivalent experience
