This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge filtration technology and provide essential aftersales support to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Accompany the Sales Manager to visit prospective clients, showcasing service capabilities and contributing to sales efforts.
- Installation and Commissioning: Supervise the installation and startup/commissioning of filtration equipment, ensuring smooth operations from the start.
- Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote technical support for filtration systems, addressing client needs promptly and efficiently.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to filtration equipment, initially with guidance from our team in Italy.
- Customer Relations: Maintain positive and productive relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing support.
- IoT Implementation: Assist with the implementation of IoT services to enhance equipment performance and client satisfaction.
- Spare Parts Management: Collaborate in executing spare parts strategies and manage inventory at various warehouses.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree: Preferably in mechanical, electrical, or chemical disciplines (not limited to Engineering).
- Experience: 1-3 years in Field Service or Assistance preferred.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet use. Knowledge of PLC is a plus.
Desired Skills:
- Mechanical installation and machine commissioning.
- Machine maintenance and basic electrical/automation skills (control PLC, check electrical wiring, read mechanical & electrical drawings).
- Hydraulic and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Basic expertise in filtration processes is a plus.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
