Fusion Agency (Play Retail) is seeking a passionate and dynamic WHS Representative/Visual Merchandiser to work exclusively for our client – a global, iconic Sports and athleisure brand.
The Role
- Reporting to an experienced VM Coordinator based in the Head Office environment (Melbourne)
- Be part of a dedicated team of 10 nationwide, working exclusively for the athleisure clients across Australia and New Zealand.
- Flexible hours working 30- 36 hours per week.
- Regular visitation of Rebel, Foot Locker, Ultra Football and Myer stores across VIC.
- Support our athleisure client with their WHS account store openings.
- Friendly attitude with great communication skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic individual with the ability to work within a store team environment.
- Execute visual merchandising tasks by athleisure global brand directives.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with WHS retail store teams.
- Representing the global athleisure brand ensuring standards and accuracy of the brand marketing material.
- Photograph all work and upload it to the online app.
- Complete online reports to provide clients with valuable insights and market feedback.
- Represent client brand and values professionally and positively.
- Maintain Fusion's reputation of excellence on the client side.
About You
- Minimum 2 years VM experience in retail store environment (big box retail exposure an advantage)
- Apparel experience essential (Sports and athleisure knowledge is desirable but not essential)
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with a Creative approach, and strategic mindset with WHS partners.
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Appreciation of retail dynamics and how effective visual merchandising delivers positive sales results.
- Ability to be flexible with schedule.
- Own a reliable smartphone with a great camera.
- Driver’s License and car required.
