Duties and team:
As an Auto Mine Specialist you'll enjoy integrating into a well-connected maintenance team on site with a great culture. Reporting into the maintenance foreman on crew you will be responsible for;-

• Testing and configuration, as well as setting up levels
• Installs and equipment upkeep on Auto Mine
• Workshop and field service work
• Working on range of machinery including Sandvik loaders, trucks and drills.

The Mine Site:
Located in Eastern WA this underground site offers limited travel both into and around the site. With 600 new rooms recently installed on site and a mine life of 10+ years life left, the site offers a secure future.

• Accommodation on site - Permanent En-suite rooms
• Excellent Dry Mess and well managed Wet Mess
• Gym, swimming pool and other sporting facilities
• Large surface workshop with underground workshop for breakdowns and minor works.

The Roster:
This silver mine offers charter flights and is located about a 1.5hr flight from Perth. With FIFO days being Wednesday and Friday, the site offers a variety of rosters to fit in with your lifestyle including:

• 8:6/ 7:7 - day shift only
• 2:1 - day and nights
• 2:2 - day and nights

Contract and salary
Marble is partnered with this UG mining principal to supply long term permanent employees to the site. The opportunity exists to join the company on an initial contract through Marble and transition over to the clients' books after a short probation period.

• $75.00ph - $85.00ph + super (depending on skills and experience)
• Weekly pay cycles whilst working through Marble
• Opportunities to move over to the client's books permanently in as close as 4 weeks (depending on experience)

Your skills and experience
You will be a trade qualified Auto Electrician with a minimum 1-2 years experience working civil, road transport or agricultural - whether that be light or heavy equivalent. Most importantly you will;-

• Have an eagerness to continue/learn the UG hard rock mining sector
• Experience working on Sandvik Auto Mine (desired, not essential)
• Sandvik Auto mine training ((desired, not essential))
• Be a team player and enjoy working with likeminded individuals
• Prioritises safety as number one
