We are seeking a Chef de Partie.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Comprehensive knowledge of a professional kitchen operation
Menu development, displaying creativity and passion for food
Drive a 'customer experience' culture
Lead/participate, role model safety and company values
Maintain and lead Food Safety standards
Proven track record of being motivated, organized and working within a large team
Ability to rapidly adapt to change and work within the team environment
A few things you will need to have:
2+ years' experience in a similar role
Qualifications in commercial cookery & food safety
Participate as a team player and establish strong work relationships
Demonstrate co-operation and trust with colleagues, supervisors, teams and across departments
