Working across all sections of the kitchen across all of our sites where required, you will be responsible for working with your Team to provide the highest level of food service to our sites. Explore your creative flair on themed nights and events and enjoy consistent work-life balance on a 14:7 Fly-In-Fly-Out roster.
Who are we looking for?
To be successful, you’ll need:
- Certificate III Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)
- Able to work autonomously
- Able to be flexible and adaptable
- Previous FIFO Chef experience is desired but not essential
- Previous experience in mass-catering environments highly desired (volume cooking)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Chef highly desired
- Australian Citizenship or full working rights in Australia
- You will be required to obtain a
- National Police Check, should you not have one dated within the last 6 months
