Who are we looking for?We are looking for Civil Engineering and Project/Construction Management graduates, or students expecting to graduate by the end of 2024 to join our Water Infrastructure and Project Management teams.
These positions are available in our Wodonga office, starting in February 2025. Please indicate your preferred team in your application/Cover Letter.
You'll have the opportunity to:- Water Infrastructure: Assist senior team members with design drawings, reports and technical documents for water infrastructure & treatment projects that include pipelines, distribution, storages & pump stations, treatment plants, sewerage treatment & odour control facilities and desalination infrastructure
- Project Management: Assist in the management of building and infrastructure projects across their lifecycle, including programming, contract administration, cost control, procurement, stakeholder management and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with peers across other disciplines within GHD, as well as with our clients
- Connect in with a wider team of professionals to share insights, knowledge and improve your overall technical capabilities
What does the rest of GHD's process look like?Once we receive your application, it will be reviewed by one of our Talent Acquisition team members who manage each of our regions. From there, the rest of our recruitment process includes:
- A Video Interview, where you'll get the chance to introduce yourself and make another positive impression on both our TA team and hiring managers.
- Formal interviews, either in person or via MS Teams. Prior to our interview we'll also ask you to go through some online testing through one of our providers, Saville.
- An offer, where we'll go through your salary package and the start date for our program, as well as flagging our background checking process.
