About the Role
Arch Recruitment has multiple opportunities for experienced and committed OOHC Workers across the Perth Metro region for FIFO opportunities.
Your primary responsibilities will be to support children and young people in the OOHC program, including foster care clients, foster carers and birth families. You will provide direct care, which includes household duties, administrative tasks and building relationships.
Arch Recruitment's OOHC program offers children and young adults living in residential care a safe, flexible and high-quality environment underpinned by therapeutic care principles.
Arch Recruitment currently has roles available in Broome, Derby, Kununurra, Port Headland and Albany. Explore the picturesque North-West WA whilst making a difference in people’s lives.
To be eligible for FIFO opportunities we require availability for a minimum of 4 weeks away from Perth per assignment.

- National Police Clearance obtained within the last 12 months
- Valid Driver's Licence
- WA Working with Children’s Check, or willing to obtain one
- Current First Aid certificate, obtained within 3 years
- Fully covid vaccinated - In compliance with WA Government mandatory requirements
- Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) Training an advantage
