Fifo Plant Operators Multi

Syncline Haulage is a 100% Indigenous owned company which owns the first fully automated long haul trucking business in Australia. Part of the Contract is the maintenance of the Haul Road and associated road network.

We are seeking skilled people who appreciate a family friendly 2:2 roster at the Eliwana mine site, west of Tom Price in the Hamersley Ranges.

We are seeking:

-Grader Drivers - Final Trim Road Experience

-Moxy Drivers

-Front End Loader Drivers

-HC Licence Truck Drivers

The positions are full-time and offers a competitive rate of pay, plus Superannuation on all hours.

General responsibilities

• Maintain and operate mobile plant, including Loader, Grader, Dozer, Roller and Water Truck in accordance with OEM and Safe Work Instructions to a high standard
• Carry out daily equipment / vehicle pre-start inspections
• Adhere to any environmental or heritage compliance plans 

Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Abilities

Mandatory

• Australian un-restricted “C” class motor vehicle licence
• Construction Induction (White/Blue card)
• Qualifications (Certificates) operating Loader, Grader, Dozer, Roller, Water Truck
• Minimum 2 years' operating the following machinery: Loader, Grader, Dozer, Roller, and Water Truck (Water Truck operator will be required to have MC licence for 12 months) 
• Ability to undertake FIFO roster of 2:2
• Strong work ethics and a positive attitude towards WHS
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment
• Must be drug-free and be able to pass a FMG Heavy Medical

Desirable

• Experience in mining and or construction industry, relevant to intended location
• MC Licence (minimum 12 months)
• Current 4WD Certificate   
• Previous experience working in remote locations
• Well-developed communication skills, both written and oral
• Current First aid ticket
