We are seeking Trade Qualified Maintenance Plumbers looking to join the Delta Facilities Management team on a Full-Time basis. We are offering Permanent Ongoing works to Remote Accommodation sites across WA. You’ll be joining a small but established maintenance team on a family friend even time roster. All roles will be FIFO from Perth Airport, with immediate starts available.
$106,696 Gross Per Annum = $4,103 Gross every fortnight
THE POSITION
- Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment
- Assembles, installs, repairs, testing of Plumbing such as pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems
- Working in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent housing, Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Store Rooms, Offices etc.
- Additional Allowances available such as On Call Allowance, 3 Hour Min call out at penalty rates when required, Nominee Allowance, Leading Hand Allowance if applicable.
THE PERSON
- Hold a Plumbing Trade Certificate
- Current WA Plumbing Licence or working towards
- Able to provide up-to-date Police Check and hold current Drivers Licence
- Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
- Able to FIFO from Perth Airport & available for long-term ongoing rosters
