Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Liaise continually with the Project Manager to provide inputs and assist to maintain project schedules
- Supervise and mentor on-site staff, including training and performance management
- Facilitate site-related project or services supervision, mobilisation and demobilisation of works and assist with contractual matters
- Assist Project Manager to manage operational staff requirements, rosters, leave, timesheets and span-of-control for all personnel and sub-contractors, including non-billable hours
- Monitor equipment and facilities to ensure proper functionality and maintenance
- Liaise with site clients and staff to ensure costs are controlled, services are expedient, mitigate scope creep or identify need for variations.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Serve as point of contact for on-site personnel and address any operational issues
Key Requirements:
- At least 3 years proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a FIFO work environment
- Experience in landscaping, Facilities Management or Weed Spraying would be an advantage
- WHS Statutory Responsibilities for Mining Supervisors or Appointed Persons Section 44 Certificate
- Pesticide Management Technician Licence with Weed Spray Endorsement
- Driver's Licence
- High Risk Work Licence
- 4WD Certificate (desirable)
- Firs Aid Certificate (desirable)
- Computer literacy skills
