Role Details:
- Position:Final Trim Grader Operator
- Location: Tiwi/Melville NT (Dry Community)
- Start Date: 3rd June
- Duration: 3 months
- 12-hour days
- Roster: 3 weeks on, 1 week off (3:1)
- Hourly rate: $49.67 with double time after 56 hours in a week
- Flights to and from Darwin provided each swing
- Accommodation and meals provided.
- Weekly pay & superannuation
- Operate GPS or UTS-equipped graders
- Handle Caterpillar & John Deere Machinery (models 12 and 14)
- Perform precise grading tasks to meet project specifications
- Contribute to Civil and Infrastructure projects under the guidance of experienced professionals
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures
- Assist in maintaining equipment and tools
- Uphold quality standards to meet project expectations
- Proven experience as a Final Trim Grader Operator
- Ability to operate GPS or UTS-equipped machinery
- Familiarity with Caterpillar & John Deere models 12 and 14
- White Card
- Previous experience in civil construction or related field preferred
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Excellent communication skills
