Final Trim Grader Operator
Full-Time, $84,019 per annum (plus entitlements)
The role is responsible for providing Final Trim grading services, supporting the works supervisor and leading works teams on construction projects and maintenance tasks to achieve departmental outcomes. The role’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading works teams on construction projects and maintenance tasks
- Providing high quality Final Trim motor grader services.
- Supporting the works supervisor and coordinator to achieve departmental outcomes.
- Providing leadership and technical advice to teams.

Maintenance Grader Operator
Full-Time, $77,732 per annum (plus entitlements)
The role is responsible for providing maintenance grading services and working within the works teams on construction projects and maintenance tasks to achieve departmental outcomes. The role’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Undertaking maintenance grading operations throughout the Shire on unsealed road surfaces including table drains, batters and cut off drains.
- Providing advice to Works Supervisor about grading, drainage and re-sheeting requirements.
- Reconstructing sealed road shoulders.
- Leading gravel re-sheeting operations.
- Assisting with sealed road construction / reconstruction operations including Final Trim.

Qualifications / Clearances
- National Police Clearance.
- Basic traffic management and traffic controller certificates.
- Current “HR” class drivers licence (“HC” class desirable).
- Basic Chainsaw safety awareness certificate (desirable).
- Construction safety awareness certificate (white card) (desirable).
