To be successful in this role, you like diversity within your day and can juggle multiple tasks while working autonomously alongside the rest of our team.
A Finance and Administration all-rounder, you're the essential first point of contact for our customers when they call or come in and a friendly ally to our technicians in the workshop.
We value balance and flexibility in the workplace and are open to negotiating the hours of work so that they meet the needs of the right candidate and the business simultaneously.
What we are looking for:
Someone who is well-organised.
You must enjoy delivering good quality customer service and value interacting with people.
Effective communication skills, someone who can tailor their communication style across audiences so that we can meet people where they're at, regardless of where that is.
Experience with basic accounting tasks and an intermediate level using Xero are essential.
Motivation and an eye for detail, no task is too small.
Professional telephone manner.
Experience with general administration and office duties.
Enthusiasm, initiative and a “can-do attitude”.
