A State Government department in Joondalup is seeking an experienced finance administrator for an immediate start, on an initial 6-month temporary contract.
Your new role
- Provides assistance with invoicing
- Liaises with stakeholders as required
- Monitors and manage inboxes
- Assists with the preparation of Ad-hoc documents
- Data and records management
- General administrative duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous administration experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word)
- A good level of experience with Excel is essential
- Great communication (written and verbal) skills
- A current police clearance, dated within the past 3 months (or willing to obtain)
