The Role
We are pursuing a Finance Analyst—FP&A to support the Group Manager - FP&A with monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring that Bega Group has a robust financial plan and providing impactful and insightful analysis.
Working within a close-knit team, you will utilise your finance, reporting, and analysis expertise by playing a critical role in Bega Group's yearly budgeting, quarterly reporting, and forecasting.
This opportunity is for a highly driven and motivated Finance analyst with excellent time and organisational management skills who understands the importance of meeting timelines and business commitments.
Key responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts
- Provide commercial and financial insight on results in a timely and insightful manner to senior leadership.
- Support the development of the Group’s Strategic Plan..
- Assist the Group Manager - FP&A with BAU activities, including reporting building, to align with Bega Group financial reporting requirements.
- Drive collaboration with senior finance leaders and commercial peers to ensure a strong alignment of forward-looking assumptions and business impacts.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/commerce/accounting
- CA/CPA qualified, or undertaking will be advantageous.
- A previous experience in a similar role, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing
- Systems: Solid experience using MS Excel and Power BI- must have; an M3 or SAP experience will be highly regarded
- Ability to work within strict deadlines, bring others to the journey, and prioritise tasks is critical in this role.
