Commercial Analyst

You'll coordinate with Sales and contribute to the Market Investment (MI) process including providing / verifying sales data from different sources, MI processing in SAP, true-up calculation support, documentation verification, audit support and system testing.You'll:

• Act as the coordinator and system expert to manage rebates, invoice collection, data entry, sales performance checks, filling and approval follow up.
• Contribute to purchasing process, major customer report preparation and CAPEX related tasks.
• Create/maintain vendor accounts, liaise with vendors for quotes and manage goods receipt vendor invoices including CAPEX related tasks and reports.
• Assist the Business Controller to complete month end tasks and other tasks based on business needs.

Ingredients for SuccessTo be successful in this role, you'll have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets from multiple sources. You'll be a natural communicator, able to engage and influence stakeholders of various levels, providing meaningful insights and recommendations.You'll:

• Hold a CA/CPA Membership (or be studying towards) or hold a degree in Accounting or similar.
• Be highly diligent with excellent attention to detail.
• Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles and standards.
• Strong MS Excel Skills, with SAP experience a plus.
