The Role

Reporting to the Finance Systems Manager, the Finance AnalystMaster Data will play an integral role in the execution of the shared service strategy of the business as well as helping your team to excel in supporting the financial operations of the business. Business partnering is an important part of the business. They aim to be the trusted advisor for all of their internal stakeholders, which means being challenges, enablers and facilitators, helping each team to succeed. This team could grow to as large as 20 so there is exciting career opportunities for those that join them. 

Finance AnalystMaster Data supports multiple business units and locations, working with all finance Global Shared Service Teams, with this role holding responsibility for the APAC region. The role is responsible for meeting Service Level Agreements and Customer expectations, improving operational effectiveness and efficiency of the team’s performance, resolving problems, and developing the team:-

• Supporting the process of Client/Matter data updates in their financial system according to firm policy
• Supporting the process of Supplier creations and updates according to firm policy
• Continuous learning of processes based on the most up-to-date manuals and daily processing of requests.
• Seek opportunities for process improvements and applying improvements
• Perform all activities in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs
• Seek opportunities for process improvements and applying improvements
• Handle customer requests and queries
• Communicate with internal and external customers in an efficient and effective manner
• Ensure that all relevant company’s standards and guidelines are met
• Assisting with other daily tasks assigned by the Shared Service Centre Manager

Skills & Experience

• Experience in finance, preferably in the Master Data area  in a shared service or BPO environment will be considered as a strong asset
• Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with customers with a strong customer focus
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills: teamwork, patience, working well in fast-paced and changing environment, can-do attitude, diplomacy, discretion
• Ability to work in international diversified professional environment
• Willingness to learn new systems and tools supporting the daily work
• Familiarity with SAP is an advantage
