We are an established finance company with a large client base, and as such, you will have access to extensive leads which you will assist in contact and closing, as well as following up clients after reviews.

We are looking for an outstanding individual with a proven track record of loan writing in a lending / mortgage broking environment to convert those leads into settlements.
You will have excellent customer service and sales experience. You will be responsible for:
- Contacting potential customers (from current leads ) and servicing them end-to-end in the journey
- Understanding customer needs and proposing a suitable credit solution
- Liaising with customers to obtain documents supporting the application
- Packaging home loan applications and working with the lender's credit team to qualify/verify the application
- Complying with NCCP requirements, responsible lending and Australian Credit Licence obligations
To be considered for this position you will possess:
- Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
- Experience in NextGen Apply On-line is critical
- Knowledge of systems and processes in home mortgages and self-employed applicants specifically
- Experience in an Australian regulated home mortgage provider / broker in an end-to-end role e.g. bank, NBFI or mortgage broker
