Your New Role
Join us at our Operational Centre in Dandenong South as the Finance Business Partner. In this critical role, you will play an integral part in bridging the gap between finance and operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for ensuring that our financial strategies seamlessly align with the objectives of our Operations Team.
You will navigate both short and long-term planning to support the financial and operational success of frank green. Your expertise will be instrumental in overseeing budgetary management and conducting insightful analysis. You'll also be actively involved in driving strategic decision-making processes to contribute to the overall growth and profitability of our organisation. Your role will be diverse, requiring a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate financial insights to stakeholders at all levels.
Your Day to Day
- Gather and synthesise data for Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis.
- Engage in scenario planning to proactively navigate financial scenarios.
- Spearhead development of comprehensive fixed budgets in collaboration with operations.
- Monitor month-to-month execution of plans, balancing revenue and expense management.
- Craft detailed reports providing insights into budget vs. actual performance.
- Analyse financial and operational data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Present reports to executives and/or the Board of Directors.
- Use historical data to craft robust financial forecasts.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide strategic recommendations.
Your Skills
- CA or CPA Qualified.
- Mastery of financial principles including budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience with inventory management and labour costing.
- Strong analytical capabilities for informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability to navigate evolving business conditions.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
- Track record of fostering strong Business Partnerships.
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience with NetSuite and BI tools advantageous.
