While helping to co-ordinate the team of development analysts you will be partnering with business leaders, Planning & Analysis, Investor Relations and Funds Management to help provide consolidated reporting for the full development pipeline.The focus of the role is to oversee and drive the delivery of analytical services across a portfolio of developments while transforming quantitative data into qualitative insights, providing the business with analysis and reporting to inform strategic decision making.You will make an impact by:Preparing accurate and timely information which identifies financial impacts, trends, insights, risks and opportunitiesDelivering value-add and commercially focused customer service to key stakeholders across the Development Management, Planning & Analysis, Finance & Investor Relations teamsCoordinating sector level reporting deliverables as well as internal and external reports across the full development portfolioTaking the lead in helping identify and implement financial and commercial solutions to development and property related issues and reporting.About YouWe are on the lookout for an experienced financial / management accountant with experience in reporting, analysis, business writing, and/or financial modelling. The ideal candidate will present a prior understanding or exposure to property developments and strong stakeholder management skills internally and externally. You will be agile in nature with strong attention to detail, and exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
