Finance Officer

We are on the lookout for a proactive and dedicated Finance Officer (standalone position). This is a full time, permanent role.

Your Main Responsibilities 

• End-end Accounts Payable, supplier/subcontractor payments 
• Prepare & process payroll, award interpretation, superannuation and STP reporting
• General Ledger/balance sheet maintenance, reconciliations (credit card, bank, payroll etc)
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Who you are:

• Past experience using CHEOPS (essential)
• Past Construction Industry experience
• 1 - 3 years experience working in an accounts oriented position and a proven track record of full function accounts payable & payroll 
• Australian Drivers License and Access to your own vehicle
