Your new company
We have partnered with a government department client to assist in their search for a Level 2 Accounting Officer, situated within the Financial Accounting and Reporting team.
The office is based in Perth CBD with convenient access to public transport. This role will require you to undergo a department-specific background screening process if found to be successful.
Your new role
- Assist with asset management and reporting
- General ledger maintenance and journal adjustments
- Analyse accounts
- Assist with other accounts duties as required
- 6+ months experience in an accounts role is preferred
- Recent graduation from an accounting or finance role will be considered
- Analytical and problem-solving
- Shows initiative, willingness to learn and ask questions
- Undergo a screening process application, including producing an international police clearance if you have resided outside of Australia within the last 5 years
